Patient and caregiver education is of critical importance in the recovery journey. The needs and abilities of each individual will vary and some may be interested in exploring topics in depth. To support health care providers in meeting the needs of those stroke survivors and caregivers, the Stroke Network of Southeastern Ontario has created a listing of educational resources based on best practice and categorized by educational topic.
