Reconnecting over Stroke prevention- a Primary Care Update (Kingston)

This in-person workshop was held at St. Lawrence College Kingston Campus, bringing together health care providers from primary care and Kingston Health Sciences Centre and Providence Care Hospital, including the Stroke Prevention Clinic. This session offered all attendees an opportunity to learn about each other's roles, and to build new (or revive pre-existing) connections across the Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Region.
